Im unable to access a file in internal storage from my laptop.It says no file found.

My phone is a Moto G 4 Play. I have ENABLED USB debugging and also clicked the option for file transfer.

If the file can't be found, it;s not where the directory says it is. (It may not be on the phone at all.) It's like a chapter in a book and that chapter's listing in the contents. The fact that the contents lists the chapter isn't the same thing as the chapter itself.
