Starting phone after factory reset

I did factory reset on my Samsung galaxy j2 and then rebooted it but when it started again i could not sign in . It says try again after 24 hrs . But that also did not work.

Did you change the password on the Google account associated with the Factory Reset Protection? Are you certain you're using the same Google account that was used to set up FRP? If someone else has used your phone, it might not be the same account that was using the phone but the account that set up the phone for the first time (and activated FRP).
