Having trouble setting up my Wi-Fi calling

I have a Galaxy J-3 emerge and I'm trying to activate my Wi-Fi calling however I have no icon Wi-Fi is there connection is there everything else is there where in the hell is this wi-fi calling icon please and thank you

Welcome to Android Central! Who's your carrier? Not all carriers support wi-fi calling.

The Wi-fi Calling option is usually in the Phone app -- open it, tap Menu>Settings>Call Settings.
