[Android Central Question]

I installed in my other smartphone (LG) an applock, I put a pattern and now, today I don't remember it anymore, the problem is: all my apps are locked, that's include the settings android app and the app have device administration permissions, it's not like any common applock, it just can't be uninstalled or bypassed with common methods, I tried to uninstall it from the app list menu, but I need to first disable device admin, but android settings app is also locked by it, I tried to boot in safe mode, but the app starts also in safe mode!
I can't access file manager or play store so I can't download or install any apps.
Please someone skilled help me, I dont want to lose my data or reset my smartphone, I just want my documents and pictures to be safe!

Id contact applock. Theres got to be someway that they can ID you and/or the device and theres got to be some kind of backdoor for this kind of circumstance built in that they can retrieve or show you how
