    I learnt over 20,000 music can be accessed in the cloud using Play Music, but it seems to be impossible from my device or location. Please what must I do to get the online features working.

    I'm using an Android device running Version 8.1 screen size 6"

    Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about music files you uploaded to your personal Google Play Music library in the cloud? Or did you pay for a Play Music subscription? Or are you talking about the free Play Music Radio stations (that come with ads)?
