I just bought a BRAND NEW Sansung Galaxy S5 on March 30th. This week it started cutting off and rebooting over and over. Contacted seller to no avail. Did a hard reset and it still does it. Any ideas on this would be appreciated.
Welcome to Android Central! It's hard to believe that a Galaxy S5 (which came out 4 years ago) would still be brand new, in mint condition. Are you certain it wasn't used or refurbished?
Have you already tried a new or different battery?
