No messages between 11pm and 7am

[Android Central Question]

I don't want to miss phone calls, but need to sleep without receiving messages between 11pm and 7 am every night.
Without having to remember to turn them back on in the morning.

Which phone are you using?

I have a Galaxy S9+ and I can set up Do Not Disturb to trigger between specific hours, and I can further specify that I want to receive calls and/or messages, then even further specify which contacts are allowed to trigger notifications. Your phone probably offers similar functionality, but I can't say for certain unless I know which model you're using.
