contacts import/export option not available

On my Samsung galaxy A3 (2017) contacts menu, the import/export is missing,

Available options are: delete, share, speed dial, setting, contact us. (no option under setting, as well)

Have tried toggle between easy mode / standard mode, didn't work.

Welcome to Android Central! Is the contact you're looking at already in your Google Contacts, or is it saved to the local Phone account? I think exporting a contact might only be possible if it's saved to the local Phone account.
