I can not use the radio on my Android 6 phone.

I try to open the radio and it says that it can not be used and that I have to grant permissions, but the microphone permission has already been granted and the headset is already plugged in, you can say that my cell phone does not support radio or it does not have hardware , but when I take the radio widget and put it in my "work area" and put it on, it works (although I can not change the station or open the APP).
Can someone help?

Check the permissions (in Settings). I doubt that an FM radio app needs mic permission, but it may need permission to something else and you'll have to enable it.

Or try NextRadio. If it opens as an internet radio app, the radio hardware in the phone is either disabled or not working. If the hardware is working, Next Radio opens as a control for it, with a frequency dial.
