How to export elevation over time data Samsung Health

I completed a cycling route and I'd like to do my own analysis on the elevation/time data. The data is shown as a graph once the route/exercise is completed. How can I get this underlying data?

I put SHealth into dev mode, installed the Data Viewer, and gave the viewer permissions to read SHealth data, but it doesn't contain the data I'm looking for.
