Why do calls to Google Voice go straight to voicemail instead of ringing my Note4?

Asked this on the Google Voice forum and had no luck. Anyone else have a Google Voice number that will not ring their Galaxy Note 4 and the call goes straight to voicemail?

Go to the Legacy version (menu on the left) and check the voicemail tab. You have call screening or some other voicemail function on. (I just went through this the other day - I don't remember which function I had left enabled, but as soon as I disabled it, calls started coming through [just in time to wake me up this morning to tell me that I had won some contest I had never entered - sometimes you wish the voicemail system had more AI in it].)

In addition to what @Rukbat suggested, you should also verify that you haven't activated Do Not Disturb mode (Google Voice app->menu->Settings->Do not disturb).
