ZTE MAX XL how do I get out of FTM?

My ZTE MAX XL is stuck in FTM and my battery doesnt come out.

When you try to power back on normally, does it still go into Field Test Mode? If so, it might be due to the Volume Down button being stuck in a pressed state: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/zte/zte-avid-plus/ftm-mode/
