Hi there. I need help!
I am all of sudden getting a strange issue on my Note 8 device. Whenever I lock my device using right side lock key or when it gets locked due to inactivity, screen display becomes black or no screen display. My phone perfectly works even the display is black like I receive phone, touch works fine and I can use volume key or bixby button.
I have tried to a) uninstall recently installed apps as well b) wiped cache c) Used in safe mode but no luck.
Strangely, whenever I restart my phone or switch off switch on phone, then screen display appears again & works absolutely fine until my screen gets locked back.
Its very annoying that I always need to either restart my phone whenever I need to see screen or keeping phone screen active all the time, that drains my battery so fast obviously.
Any help would be really appreciated if anyone there can assist in this regard. Thanks!
