Two questions about recling an s pen for galaxy note 8.

Well, I broke my s pen recently so I need to buy a new one.
I've already read a lot about it and I'm convinced that buying a cheaper third party one sounds a bad idea, but they leaved another idea in my heard. Is there any third party pen that do a better job then the original?
Now the other question is way more simple.
I was unable to remove the broken s pen from my phone and will not have time to go to an assistence shop nor do some homemade process to remove it.
So, is there any other way to pairing the new s pen without insertin it on the Phone?

It should just work. I have 2 pens for one phone - one sits in the phone to be used when I'm not home, the other sits on my monitor stand tor when I'm at home. They both work. (Of course the phone doesn't recognize that the pen isn't near the phone when the other pen is in the phone, but they both work as pens.
