    We have a Samsung phone that goes off each day. Yesterday my husband has called Samsung and they took control of the phone, looked around at everything, and cleared everything. It went off again today! This is a Samsung S9, but it was doing this on the previous phone Samsung S6, too! This along with other things seemed to be needing a new phone, but it has not solved this!

    If it was set with SmartSwitch, then all settings on the S6 was carried over.

    So you mean to say if you go to the clock app, there is no alarm there?

    Correct, no alarm is set for this. Also, it hasn't been continuous days, but most days--had a reprieve while traveling within this time zone. He tried changing "do not disturb" to 6 AM end (had been 5 AM and this is when alarm goes off). It still went off at 5 AM today. This morning, while it was showing that the alarm had gone off, he changed it to 7 AM to see if that will do anything. Anything that we or Samsung have tried didn't stop it from going off at 5 AM. When searching for this alarm, it is not to be found.

    But when it sets off, it looks like a normal alarm?

    Restart in safe mode before you go to bed tonight and see if it alarms. If not, it's an app setting that carried over with smart switch. If it still alarms, either factory reset and set it up without smart switch, or try the warranty route.

    So far, changing that time and then turning the alarm off has resulted in no alarm for 2 days.
