My e-mail keep trying to load. I have a Samsung Galaxy 5.

I've gone into app manager, pulled up the email app to try and remove it but it isn't an option. I tried looking for the updates to uninstall but there isn't anything. I've tried to clear the cache and force stop, turned my phone on and off, removed the battery, turned it back on and it's still trying to load new emails. The constant spinning is draining my battery quickly and the only way I can keep my battery charged is by switching to airplane mode then turning it off to check my texts and emails and then back to airplane mode. Any suggestions? It's very frustrating that I can't do anything with the app. I'm stuck.

Welcome to Android Central! Is this an S5 or Note5? Which email providers are your accounts with? Have you already tried removing your email accounts and then adding them back?
