why my phone keep beeping

my phone died so i plug the charger but it keeps on beeping and showed the battery thing
what should i do

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? How long have you left the phone charging on the wall outlet without trying to power on? Leave it for at least 6 hours, then see if it's charged up at all. If not, the battery has probably failed.
