mobile data disabled

Hi i disabled downloads through mobile data now i dont know how to re-enable it, im trying to download something via 3G but cant because i disabled it, not sure where to re-enable it? I have a S6

Place will vary, BUT it should be under settings, swipe down, then click on the settings gear. For me it's under SIM & Network, and then there is a toggle. You MAY also be able to search for the setting, swipe down, then click settings, and click on the spyglass in the upper right IF you have one. NOW of course it could be the app in question also, sometimes they have a setting for "Allow download on Cellular" Or "WiFi Downloads Only" Audible for example has a setting like this.
