Android Central Question

Some time ago, I received a notification saying my Email Account had been hacked and was advised to create a Gmail instead - done.

But ever since, I keep receiving multiple (and I kid you not, MULTIPLE PER DAY) notifications of an email 'Server Error' and it's driving me Crazy, going off like a frog-in-a-sock! Can anyone advise how to resolve this issue and fix it for Ever?

My Gmail account is working fine btw.

Advice would be Very Much Appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! First, which email provider did you have before, and who told you it was hacked? Was it that email provider that told you to create a Gmail account instead? That seems a little odd, and sounds suspicious for a phishing attack -- especially if it came to you as an email, and included a link for you to "create" a Gmail account for your convenience.

Which email app are you using to access this Gmail account? The stock Email app from Samsung, or Google's own Gmail app?
