I can not send texts, it is telling me that I don't have a USIM card , How do I fix this ?

I have a Metro LG and it is telling me that I don't have a USIM card, how can I fix this ?

You get a SIM card when you get an account with the carrier. You can't use the phone for phone calls, texts or mobile data until you do. (Wifi will still work without it, but that's the same wifi as a computer - no texts or voice calls.)
