how can i remove consumer products usa amazon gift card pop up from my galaxy 7s

I opened Facebook from my Samsung internet browser, clicked on an article that a friend of my had shared and up popped the amazon gift card spam from consumer products usa. Now I cannot access the internet because it is the first thing to come up. How do I deal with this?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps, select the Internet browser app, then Storage, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now open it again. Do you keep getting the popup?
