Do any software comes with a phone motherboard ?

Hello,
I would like to change the motherboard of two phones. the first is a LG G4 which as the well known boot loop. The second is a S4 mini, which one day had a shaky tactile when typing on the keyboard, and then broke the day after. Charging doesn't do anything to it, no heat comes out, and there is no LED indicator to be seen. I don't know what you think of this case but for me it is the motherboard. So I would like to know : do I have to install Android myself when buying an unlocked motherboard "100% original" (from a Chinese website) ?

Unless you have specialized tools to do this, buy a new phone. But no, the makers of a phones motherboard, unless contracted like Foxconn, will just provide the part.
