    Since my latest update on Verizon my note 8 will not stay paired with my 2018 Tahoe unless I leave the media sync setting turned on. I like to leave this option tuned off as I interact with my phone verbally quite often while on the road with the task, note, and reminder functions. With the media turned on I can't hear the voice feedback from the phone.

    I have removed the note from the Tahoe and visa-versa and repaired from scratch. I have cleared the cache patrician in the phone and same issue. I can get it to pair with the media off, but once I turn off the truck and then start it again....it knows the phone is there but functionality will not work until I turn the media sync back on in the phone blue tooth settings.

    Would truly appreciate any guidance.

    See if Chevy has an update or a service bulletin for the Tahoe audio.
