Icons on my home screen keep changing (A3 2016)

Ever since a recent update I have to manually move the icons I want back on to my home screen every time I switch the phone on. Up until the update, however I set up the home screen would stay in place unless I changed my mind. Now it reverts back every time it's switched off.

What am I doing wrong please?!
