Sorry its a high pitch sound

Whistling problem

I just had my new samsung j6 2018 and after 1 month of using it started to whistle when i play music, watch youtube or somebody calls me and even the ringtone whistles when i use the normal speaker but if i use earphones it doesnt whistle. Pls help me how to fix this problem
