Android Central Question

I booted into recovery with TWRP, wiped phone, system, dalvik, cache, and did a factory reset.

My laptop running Windows 10 shows my phone when connected by usb but when I copy my new ROM over, the little copying window appears, progress bar stays at 0, then dissapears after 4-5 seconds with no error code or reason. It also makes a noise like something has happened. Now, after I do this one time the phone no longer is discoverable in My Computer until I reboot into recovery.

I have tried to start adb sideload in advanced options in the TWRP on my phone but nothing happens after waiting a long time.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? I am stuck without an OS on my phone, I've not had issues with file transfer for installing ROMs before...

Thanks!

If you made a system backup in TWRP before starting, restore it in TWRP. At least you'll have a working phone until we can work with you to figure this out.

If you didn't, you will in the future, right?

Join (Belodion's link) and post the make and model - and a link to the ROM - here.
