My s9 keeps vibrating every 10 minutes with no notification

This morning after restarting my phone. Ever 10 minutes or so my phone will vibrate with no notification. Ive tried all the the solutions and it keeps persisting. Hel would be much appreciated.

Put it safe mode. If it stops, you downloaded an app that is doing it.
Before though, have you checked all of your settings?

Thanks ive been through the settings many times. Ill put in safe mode and see what happens
