Disabling the setup wizard that was poping after installing the kaspersky internet security?

[Android Central Question]

I installed kasperksy internet security for android. I was trying to enable the internet protection and it guided me to make the default browser as Chrome. In the process if making the chrome as the default browser it was taking me to Setup Wizard and I was unable to open any wesbite links because there was no default browser on my phone. As soon as I disabled the Setup Wizard which was poping, I was able to open the wesbite links. So is it safe to disable the Setup Wizard is my question.

Welcome to Android Central! Is this a Setup Wizard for Kaspersky, or is it the phone's own Setup Wizard (i.e., what shows up the first time you powered up the phone, when it was brand new to you)?
