No sound! Can't make or receive calls

[Android Central Question]

After updating my phone yesterday i have no sounds. Can't call or receive calls. Verizon wants to charge me because I'm out of warranty. Help. I've tried everything with Verizon help desk. I feel like this is definitely a Google problem!

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If it's not a Pixel, then a problem with a system update is more likely related to the phone manufacturer or the carrier messing something up with the update code. Or it might have been some glitch with the update process, and wiping the cache partition might help.
