How do I get rid of the Security notice (SecurityLogAgent) that keeps making my phone restart?

So I have been just minding my own business today and have been using my phone like any other day but as soon as I clicked on a link that my friend had sent via Facebook Messenger (I was using that app at the time), my phone sorta just crashed and it restarted and when it turned back on I already have that Security Notice that I can't get rid of! At least that's what I think that triggered the Notice to pop up. I tried clicking it as it said it would restart my phone (Galaxy J7 Pro) to undo any unauthorized changes (which as far as i know i havent done) but it still interrupts my usual phone usage. I can't use any app since they all "stop" and crash!

I hope someone could help me! I just bought this phone last february and i'm really not looking forward to paying a repairman if this problem could be fixed with your help! Thanks in advance!
