I think I'd stuck in a boot loop too. How to solve it?

hi guys, need help n answer regarding a boot loop (if I may say it like that). My phone ran out of battery, so, I'd put on a charger n the phone's "dead". But, there is a cartoon/picture out with a title-like says "FASTBOOT". Worse is, as I say, a loop, it's keep appearing n gone n never charge the phone at all. Why ehh?

*by the way, the cartoon is cute. ;p

If the battery was really dead, it's going to have to sit on the charger for a few hours before it even starts charging. If it's not early where you are, just let it sit overnight, and it should be charged (and start up) by tomorrow. If it's early, wait until late afternoon or early evening to try to turn it on. (We get posters from all over the world, and many of they type perfect English, so we can't guess where you are.)
