Why is my HUAWEI SENSA (H710VL) KEEP saying invalid sim.

I bought this phone for my wife off of eBay and we have tried using two different sim cards out of both our phones in it which come from two different carriers and the phone will only say invalid sim card. It won't ask for unlock codes or accept the sim cards we try using.

If it's unlocked, the cards may be bad, the card tray may be bad or the firmware may be corrupt.

(If it's not unlocked, as you say, it should ask for an unlock code.)

If it were me, I'd ask for a refund. (If you paid by PayPal, they usually side with the buyer in a case like this.)
