    We both have the S9+ the DirecTV video plays with no problem. Only the netflix and YouTube are pixelated

    Tried the adjustment of network settings .... set to unlimited and no data restrictions. I ha e hard restarted and cleared the cache and data

    did you try to adjust phone network settings or app settings? Netflix has a Diagnostics section in app settings where you can check network and internet speeds. the only time it went bad for me was when data or wifi was slow. Also, do you and your wife have the same version?(mine just updated but i closed the plan so i can't check ) . Can't say anything about the Youtube app though.
