no command enter recovery and no options

I tried flashing custom Rom on s8 plus (sprint) unlock it and use it for us cellular now stuck in no command when I enter the recovery mode and when I finally get some type of recovery like reasons why no options to wipe cache. Help plz

So far as I know, you can't unlock phones by rooting and romming.

On the No Command screen, did you try to give a command in the normal way?

The ROM was probably a US Cellular ROM and the phone is a Sprint phone - different phones don't work too well with ROMs made for different phones. Flash the stock ROM and it should work.
