A few days back I was listening to music on Spotify and then the volume suddenly decreased by itself, but when I checked the volume it displayed that it was the same volume as before. The sound just decreased but the volume scroller didn't show that. After a while, the volume would increase back to the normal sound, but since then, the volume would randomly go up and down and I have no control over it.
This is not a headphone problem, because it happens with and without headphones. This is not a Spotify problem, because this same issue happened on Google Play Music and Youtube.
I have the Samsung Galaxy Sky (Model # SM-S320VL if that helps, Android version 6.0.1.).
It has been kinda frustrating because I have to constantly adjust my volume every 2-3 minutes. Thanks so much for your help!
