Welcome to Android Central! All charging plugs that come with devices should be dual voltage, so if you're using the original charger, it should be fine. To be sure, look closely at the fine print on the plug -- if it says "110-220V" (or "100-240V"), then you're fine. If you're using a cheap 3rd party charger, then it's possible it isn't dual voltage -- again, look at the fine print.
