How can i access internal storage on my phone without an OS.

Hello,
My S8 stopped booting into system but can only boot into recovery (TWRP) or download mode. I have some really important media on the internal storage of my phone and really cant afford to lose it. So here is what happens when i turn on my phone: it shows the galaxy s8 powered by android screen then powers of, vibrates, and repeats. I think the OS probably got deleted. I thankfully have a laptop to assist me but it wont show the internal storage but only the sd card while in recovery.

Take out the SD card and copy it to your pc. At least you'll have whatever is on it. Then reinsert, clear the cache partition if you can and reboot.
