I have a Motorola G3 with Android 6.0.
At the top of the main screen there used to be a bar where notifications showed (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc...). When you enlarged that menu by sliding your finger from there downwards it gave you details about those notifications. If once that menu was open you slid your finger downwards again, another menu opened, this one with things related to the device configuration, like wi-fi, the "do not disturb" button, etc...
Well, now none of that is working (and I didn't touch anything in configuration). The bar at the top of the screen is still there and it shows time, battery, wifi and LTE net, but no notifications. Worse still, I can't even open the notifications menu, nor the second menu with the configuration options.
How could I re-enable the notifications, their menu and the second menu with the configuration options?
