lock out of my phone

[Android Central Question]

i use my finger print instead of a password it was going great now i carn't get into it do you think some one has put another sim card in there can that happen because it. Its now saying to put my password in it, took it to the shore where i brought it frm and they say i have to go on line and speak to sam sung people i think my friend changed my sim card that can happen yes or no

Changing the SIM card in itself will not do this. Devices can be set to require the device unlock PIN upon restart, if someone DID change the SIM (why they would do this to you is a whole other question) they may have shut down the phone to do so.

Do you have a Samsung account linked to your phone? You can use the device location feature to also reset the unlock code and biometrics.
