Android Central Question

My Galaxy S8 died, and I bought a used LG Stylo 2 (LTE). It was as simple as popping my NanoSIM in. Phone, messages, and data all work, however when I went to the phone settings I couldn’t find VoLTE.

According to Verizon, the LG Stylo 2 V (same phone only from them) supports it.

What do I need to do to this TracFone to access the hidden setting? I know it isn’t exclusive to the Stylo 2 V, as the standered Stylo 2 that I have is also on Sprint, and supports it.

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact model number of the phone? There are apparently two different variants of the Stylo 2 from Tracfone -- L82VL an L81AL.

I might be wrong, but I seem to recall that carrier-specific phones can be picky about what network you can use VoLTE on (i.e., you might have to be on the original network to use it).
