Samsing Galaxy S8 dropping after 10 seconds of restart Network connection

[Android Central Question]

When I restart my phone I get my LTE and network data and can see bars and everything but after about 10 seconds I lose that and it just has the big O with a black slash through it. I tried checking safe mode but the issue persists, no one else in my family is having this issue and we are all on the same network carrier. Wifi is working well.
