What does UDC start stand for on my Note4?

I'm trying to recover the use of my Verizon Note 4 after I turned it off during a system upgrade and did a factory est. I'm using Smart Switch on my pc to do this and in upper RH corner it says UDC start in red. What does that mean

Welcome to Android Central! You shut it off in the middle of a system update? That's not good, and greatly increases the chance of bricking the phone.

UDC Start is apparently not abnormal in itself, as discussed here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2660245. Have you tried using Odin to reflash the stock ROM? http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html
