[Android Central Question]

yesterday i accidentally drop my phone in the floor but it didn't result into a crack but it keeps doing flickers untill it got worsen turning the whole screen into white , i tried to reboot it but it didn't work , i tried to hardreset incase if is only software problem that i just misunderstood but it turns out that it could be likely not the case as it just get worsen and even turn the whole color display of my lcd in to [ Negative } turning the black into white and turning red into blue , my cellphone model is lenovo A1000
i hope that if there is a way to do a repair on my own i would like to hear it if possible.

Welcome to Android Central! The screen glass doesn't have to show a crack for there to be internal damage. You likely damaged something inside the phone, or possibly loosened a connection. Bring it to a repair shop.
