how do I transfer voice recorderings from galaxy s7 to asus computer

I have recorded lectures with my Samsung Galaxy s7 and would like to transfer the recording from the app voice recorder to my asus computer. What is the process?

Voice Recorder is an app, not a location.

Depending on your phone, its version of android, and your computer OS, the generic process looks like:
Connect the phone to the computer.
Set the connection mode on the phone to MTP or "all files" or the like.
Using your computer's file browser program (Mac Finder or Windows File Explorer), browse to the folder on the phone containing your recordings and COPY (not move) them to your computer.
