Why does my camera has these black marks and is blurry?

My camera glass from back of my samsung galaxy A5 2016 has been broken for a year now and at first it was fine, but now it has these black dots like it's dirty. I tried to clean it with some things and it looks like it's dirty from inside but i don't know.

Sounds like it needs to go in for service. Dirt could have got in through the cracked glass.

I think that you did not understand. There's glass which is broken and under it is the camera

Yes, and dirt or moisture has got through the crack and I suspect onto the camera lense.
