[Android Central Question]

A strange number called my phone but as "Sprint" but with a different number not linked to Sprint probably from a fishing scam. I tried to check why a caller I.D. name was save when I never saved this number in my phone. It was labeled as "Sprint" followed by "Work" 8007774681. I dont recall ever saving this number I have blocked it but when I checked my contacts and tried to delete or edit my phone wont show any other option but 'share'. If anyone knows how to fix this that would be great tv thanks.
BTW I've also contacted my provider about the issue as well they know it's a fake number but dont know how to remove it from my contacts. It's also not showing up on any linked account's contacts just the phone.
