New ICON unidentified, Battery with Nuke symbol in center
One new application installed, Banking.
No new icons showed up.
Week later, phone battery draining rather fast.
Now I have a new Icon.
It looks like a battery and it has a triangle in center with something
inside the triangle that looks like a NUKE warning.
I checked all apps installed. Nothing new, nothing unexpected.
I can't get rid of the icon. Anyone know what it is

Nuke? Without the Nuke thing I was pretty sure it was battery saver.

Triangle? Bad battery, maybe.
Check Settings/Battery to see what's draining most of the battery. If it's the banking app, uninstall it. Then contact the bank and let them know that a) their app destroys batteries and b) it destroyed yours and since you can't just pop a new battery into the phone, and don't want to be without a phone until the manufacturer replaces your battery and returns your phone, they can just get you a new phone, pay you $100 for your time and effort in transferring everything to it, then they can have your ruined phone. (Remember to do a factory reset and remove your Google account - stand up for yourself, but there's no need to be nasty about it and give them a phone they can never use.) Don't take it lying down, though.
The other possibility, though, is that the battery just chose to die right after you installed the app. It happens, especially the way some people use batteries. I've seen them totally destroyed in 6 months.
