Anyone out there have experience with any other phones that use/have a stylus that can compare to the Note line?

Any details on ease of use similar to the ease of use of the S-pen software to do screen capture and write on them and save?

Samsung is pricing a lot of people out of the market. I'm hoping others are actually good for this feature that cost less but have decent RAM and storage and, of course, good expandable storage allotment.

Samsung is the ONLY manufacturer making a phone with an active stylus, the rest use a cheap capacitive stylus.

This means if you want accurate palm rejection, pressure sensitivity, very fine tip, and the software enhancements from hovering the pen and pressing the button, you NEED a Galaxy Note. The Note 9 also introduced new bluetooth functionality as well.

Zero. Samsung Notes are the ONLY phones on the market that has a stylus using WACOM technology, which is kind of understandable since Samsung is one of the owners of WACOM. Even Sony who makes cellphones only used to be able to use WACOM tech on their Windows laptops.

The Note is also expensive because the S Pen does not work like other stylii which relies on the standard touch sensitivity of the screen. The Note has a second digitizer specifically for the S Pen that emits EM field to power the pen and detect it's location on the screen by the disturbances caused by the pen on that EMF. The more accurate and pressure sensitive you make the S Pen to be, the more the price will climb because of the costs to make an EMF that can do that, along with the fact that companies are averse to decreasing their margins.
