why can't my phone support to use the apps that rely on google play service

I cannot use my mail, google handouts and you tube becaues my phone is not supported with them. I woild like to know how to do?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If it didn't come with the Play Store, Google Play Services, or any Google apps preinstalled, that means it's not certified for Google Play. Most Google apps and services probably won't work. You might be able to manually install a Gapps package along with Google Play Services, but this often doesn't work either.
