Android Central Question

Hi,

My android auto is working fine and perfectly in order when my car is started and once the Touchscreen and functions are live, then mobile is connected through USB cable.
If my car is turned off, with android auto running, (while in traffic lights/uphill) when the car is started up again, the touchscreen goes back to car controls even though the android auto is running in mobile.

How to make android auto come live automatically in car touch control if the USB is already connected?

You shut your car off at traffic lights?

That aside - I've noticed Android Auto is not quick when detecting changes to the connection status with the vehicle. I'm not using a vehicle with an in-dash Android Auto display (I just use the phone in a mount) but it takes time to pick up that the Bluetooth connection is lost and AA should shut down. It's possible that if the phone has detected the loss of the vehicle connection, it's set on shutting down AA and if the connection returns it can't pivot and keep it running.
